En cada propuesta de diseño, se mantenía la misma retícula de trabajo para estandarizar la modulación de las casas, y acoplarse a cualquier necesidad que requiera el cliente.
Edificio Torres de Colon
La propuesta de este proyecto, era la instalación de celosías en la zona de lobby para así, brindar un espacio con más intimidad pero al mismo tiempo manteniendo la comunicación de manera transparente hacia la zona de piscina.
Edificio Miramar
En este proyecto se buscaba un tratamiento en una pared específica del lobby; el cual se planteó un diseño con páneles en madera de diferentes tonos.
Edificio Casa de la Playa
La propuesta de diseño tenía cómo prioridad mantener en su mayor parte, un jardín ya existente y crear una vinculación transparente y abierta entre la zona social y zona de BBQ.

STRUCTURE
I was in charge of the structural design of the building, its material and correct modeling.
Every structural element of the model has its unique information and codes, regarding different aspect of it. Such as fire resistance, material, acoustic rating, among others.
The structural details of the building, show in a high level the components that the team had to apply to them; such as beam and columns reinforcements.
In the aspect of foundation, the building posses a perimeter surrounded by sets of piles; which are detailed.
To have a better understanding about how the structure is working and to observe the different kind of issues regarding this part of the modelling, I did collition tests on NavisWorks 2018, in order to see if there were any kind of mayor issue in the characteristics of structural elements.
Puerto Luz Project
During the design process, this project had as a primarily goal, to locate itself in a precise location in order to provide a climatic comfort. At the same time, benefiting the views of the users.
